As a Service Writer for our **Moncton** branch, you will be responsible for processing third party invoices and proceed to billing (internal or customers). This role will also be responsible for generating and entering work orders, dispatching mobile services and other tasks in facilitating the unit repair and service processes. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Review yard check and support service counter
- Create work orders and close work orders when repairs or service have been completed
- Create chargeback cases and send notifications to customers
- Review daily hours for all shop technicians and assist with their bi-weekly payroll
- Work on posting and billing of work orders
- Run reports for brake inspection history for sublet vendors and shop as needed
- Updating equipment records with service

To be successful you’ll need to have the following skills and abilities:

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge and experience in transportation industry is an asset

- Updating service status, physical characteristic/ condition: 3 years (preferred)
- Trailer/ Transportation industry: 1 year (preferred)
