**TIPS RANGE FROM $8-$20 extra per hour depending on how busy the shift is

Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including availability on evenings and weekends. Other qualifications include:
Minimum highschool diploma or equivalent
19 years of age or older
Must have availability during the week and on weekends
Ability to perform physical labour including moving kegs/flats of beer and putting away orders
Must have at least one year of experience working in a kitchen environment and have sufficient knowledge of all food safety requirements
Foodsafe level 1 a bonus but not a requirement if willing to get it in the future

**Duties of a Kitchen team member include**:
Providing high quality customer service in a full-service system
Running food to tables
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained at all times
Ensuring all guests and staff are adhering to Covid-19 guidelines and safety measures
Preparing delicious food with strong attention to detail, sequencing, and speed
Keeping up with food prep, dishes, and other daily tasks
Must be able to follow a recipe and cook/prep all food to spec
Opening and closing the brewery
Cleaning, stocking inventory, and general organization of all spaces in the brewery
