**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members/Cashiers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional food service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. As a Kitchen Team Member/Cashier, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen and front-of-house services.

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist team members and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
