We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Loyalty Promotions Manager to join our More Rewards team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty and Customer More Rewards, you will be responsible for developing and executing the More Rewards offer strategy to reward members through a seamless customer experience within our digital loyalty channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, commercial modelling and delivery of More Rewards offers as well as creating strategies to enhance the program and drive revenue through retail partnerships.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing offer strategies and working closely with Data & Analytics to understand consumer segmentation, behaviour, identifying consumer insights and commercial and risk management to drive incremental revenue.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, store operations, digital, IT, analytics and other stakeholders to ensure offers strategies are embedded throughout the omni-channel shopping experience.
- Modelling offer commercials and redemptions to forecast investment, customer engagement, and risk.
- Sourcing, developing, and consultative relationship management of CPG and retail partners which support customer experience and drive new revenue streams.
- Reporting, testing, and presenting all offer campaigns and initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.

You have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in loyalty marketing, business development or related field
- 5-10 years experience in the field of promotions, offers or business development.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation skills and the ability to influence and drive change through stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated proficiency with IT integration and data analysis with a strong understanding of predictive modeling, AI and personalization of offers.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to use data and metrics to reinforce assumptions and recommendations to drive actions.

- An excellent project manager with strong communication skills and the ability to balance attention to detail with tight deadlines.
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments to execute initiatives successfully.

Compensation Details:
$87,075.00 - $116,100.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
