The Body Shop Estimator/Appraiser will provide detailed estimates on client vehicle repairs, explain required and suggested repairs to customers, compile reports as required, and communicate with team to ensure accurate expectations are provided.

**Position duties**:

- Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services.
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Experience providing high quality customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and multi-task.
- Experience working with service software, databases and tools (Ex. Audatex, Mitchell, Reynolds and Reynolds).
- Experience estimating the cost of the vehicle damage and the time for the repair.
- Following automotive industry safety norms and standards.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively.
- Valid G Drivers Licence.

**Assets**:

- 2+ years of Estimator/Appraiser experience.

**Salary**: $62,538.00-$66,724.00 per year
