We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the development and growth of SGNL’s Personal Loans digital network. The role is multi-faceted, which includes, seeking out new affiliates and personal loan lenders, establishing and nurturing new strategic partnerships, and collaborating with new product development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage current partner accounts assigned to you
- Effectively onboard and manage new partners from start to finish (from Compliance/Agreement stage to campaign launch), working alongside teams located in Canada & the United Kingdom
- Ongoing relationship building & strategic planning for growth with key partners.
- Optimize marketing campaigns by collaborating with partners, internal support teams & stakeholders.
- Provide regular (weekly) updates on the progress of tasks/projects related to growing SGN’s network.
- Keep up-to-date with industry news and information, as well as monitor key players in the industry to maintain competitiveness in the market
- Travel to industry conferences to find new business and meet with existing partners is a must
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

**We are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related professional experience
- Strong communicator with a proven track record in relationship management, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- “Outside the box” thinker, with the ability to adapt and solve unexpected obstacles
- High attention to detail, organized & results driven mindset
- Must be able to work independently, as well as work effectively with a (virtual team).
- Familiarity with different sales techniques
- Industry experience (FinTech, on-line affiliate account management and/or consumer financial service) considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
