Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Brand Specialist to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Brand Specialist, you will support all marketing promotions, branding and initiatives for SellOffVacations. The Brand Specialist supports business growth and works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Specialist and Marketing Production to ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns run flawlessly. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing and will be located in Toronto, ON.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Plan, support, and execute promotional offers and campaigns.
- Gather offer details, positioning, and customer data to align promotional direction with business objectives.
- Update the yearly promotional calendar and keep stakeholders informed of any changes.
- Complete detailed campaign briefs including goals, KPIs, creative direction, and offer details.
- Follow up with leads to ensure deliverable dates are met.
- Capture and share all details of promotions with key stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate key terms and conditions of promotions and upload them to SharePoint.
- Include frontline teams, area sales managers, and department heads in promotional communications.
- Regularly audit and review promotional offers on the site, adjusting for changes and monitoring performance using Microsoft Clarity and Google Dashboard.
- Improve page conversions and user experience, ensuring ad module merchandising and product displays align with promotions.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Understand marketing channels and media placements to identify growth opportunities for the business.
- Analyze customer booking behavior and identify gaps for improvement.

**What You’ll Need**:

- A college diploma or above is required.
- 1-3 years of work-related experience in marketing or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Must be extremely organized and practice effective time management.
- Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar and spelling; minor copywriting skills required.
- Critical and Creative Thinking: Ability to think critically and creatively to drive marketing initiatives.
