**About Us**:
Dumouchel Meat & Deli is a family-owned butcher shop with a commitment to high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative at Dumouchel Meat & Deli, you will be the face of our shop, ensuring every customer has a great experience. Your role will be a blend of customer service, administrative tasks, and deli operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:Customer Service:

- Serve customers promptly as they enter the store
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Process transactions at the cash register
- Check and return messages on the answering machine
- Take and prepare customer orders (filling out order forms)

Deli Operations:

- Slice deli meats and portion cheese
- Portion and package deli salads and sausages
- Prepare and package sandwiches
- Slice peameal, back bacon, and smoked bacon

Cooked Product Handling:

- Check cooking temperatures for roasted products
- Prepare a list of products needed for the next business day
- Package roast chickens and transfer roasts for slicing

Stocking & Replenishment:

- Ensure products are priced correctly
- Stock shelves and replenish deli meats in the counter display

Administrative Tasks:

- Ensure order sheets are printed and available
- Print and stock family pack order sheets

Closing Duties:

- Sweep and mop the front floor
- Clean and wipe down counters, including the meat and deli counter
- Clean slicer and slicer counter

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in retail or food service is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and processing transactions
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain a clean work area
