With that being said, please find a list below of some of the roles and responsibilities expected from someone in this position:
The Dealership Relations Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealership partners and clients. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and a proactive approach to addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership partners, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with dealerships to streamline processes, manage service requests, and ensure timely communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and maintain high service standards.
- Regularly visit dealerships to assess needs, provide updates, and strengthen partnerships.
- Track client and dealership interactions, identifying opportunities to enhance the service experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Have a passion for Cars and Automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues proactively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously.
- Must have a Class 5 Driver License and be able to drive both manual and automatic
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with luxury or high-end dealerships is a plus.
- Familiarity with collision repair processes is advantageous.

Salary Range: 45,000 - 65,000 CAD
