**Job Description**:
As the BI Manager, you will be responsible for helping the business continue to embrace change through data by influencing and educating them. You will lead a team of BI analysts and developers by prioritizing and managing different projects and keeping key stakeholders informed of progress. You will be responsible for implementing the right set of processes to maintain a very high quality of results.

More specifically, you will:

- Work with key stakeholders to document and prioritize new analysis and dashboard requests
- Support the team with technical challenges and help them overcome them by providing guidance
- Stay abreast of any new Power BI feature releases to ensure the team is always using the latest features available
- Manage the BI team's priorities
- Implement agile work methods within your team
- Establish and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure quality results
- Provide status updates to key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three years of experience managing a BI or advanced analytics team
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business intelligence or related field
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL to manipulate and perform complex analysis
- Passionate about data and anticipating the role data will play in the future
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and have a great facility with numbers
- Be organized and able to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Ability to handle complex problems and translate them into clear and concise business requirements
- Ability to perform statistical analysis (an asset)
- Previous experience in the manufacturing field (an asset)
- Bilingualism (French and English) written and spoken is required.

Additional Information

In order to be selected, it is mandatory that you successfully undergo and pass the investigation and security clearance process required by the Federal Government’s Contract Security Program.
