Training Coordinator

**Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Data entry into the organization’s ERP system for training records, history and qualifications
- Organizing training files, attendance, and qualification records
- Schedules and coordinates classroom training as directed by training department - schedules location, date/time, materials, attendance and accommodations
- Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance, and training data
- Copies training materials and makes up manuals as directed
- Maintains management training tracking process, enters data, tracks completion
- Maintain and manage training records and ensure compliance with Quality Management System
- Support a positive safety and learning culture to maintain on-going employee development
- Perform other duties as required by the Training Department

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post‐secondary degree/diploma program in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Ability to multi-task and communicate professionally with all levels of employees
- Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio etc.

**Physical Requirements and Working Conditions**
- Generally works in an office and classroom environment
- Generally sits for long periods of time
- May require standing, walking, lifting, stooping, or bending

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
