We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Data Scientist to join our new AI division at FlightHub. As an AI Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced algorithms for semantic search, enhancing our search functionality and overall user experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on our search capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop strategies for semantic search implementation.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced algorithms for semantic search, utilizing natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning models.
- Analyze and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data to extract relevant information and improve search accuracy.
- Implement and optimize semantic search algorithms, considering factors like relevance ranking, contextual understanding, and user intent.
- Conduct research and experimentation to continuously improve the performance and precision of semantic search models.
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers to integrate the semantic search models into existing systems and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in semantic search, NLP, and machine learning to ensure FlightHub remains at the forefront of technology.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and semantic search techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and information retrieval techniques.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis
- Experience in working with structured and unstructured data, including text, documents, and user-generated content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
