Central Pharmacy Services is a division of Loblaw/Shoppers Drug Mart that centrally fills prescriptions for patients and provides other prescription processing services. These centralized services enable the Pharmacist and team at Shoppers Drug Mart locations to spend their time focusing on what is important - the patient We pride ourselves on having awesome team spirit

Provide great service, specific expertise, and actionable advice to support Associate-Owners and their staff in delivering the best health, beauty, and convenience services to Canadians

What You’ll Do:

- Operating and maintaining the ParataMax automation used in the production of vials, which includes replenishing inventory and pre-production vials, changing prescription labels, and cleaning the machine as needed.
- Operate and maintain Tompkins Robotics automation and Count Assist automation.
- Troubleshoot automation.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of drugs and return them to stock in accordance with SOPs.
- Track prescriptions in central fill software to ensure medications are filled and delivered on time.
- Package and sort prescriptions into shipping totes.
- Prepare totes for shipping and logistics.
- Other duties in the production line as required.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Team Lead direction, and adhere to all legal requirements, including provincial and federal regulations and bylaws

What You’ll Need:

- Experience with high volume filling environments an asset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work and maneuver quickly and consistently for extended periods
- Ability to stand for an extended period
- Must be able to complete work with minimum supervision
- Ability to adapt to change
