The Production Coordinator at GCW Custom Kitchens and Cabinetry is responsible for overseeing various aspects of production processes within the organization. Their primary role is to ensure that production activities are carried out efficiently and according to schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between departments for seamless collaboration.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained.
- Identify and resolve production issues for maximum productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in process improvements.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and provide training to production staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in production planning or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production processes and capacity planning principles.
- Proficient in using production scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- Exposure to hazards associated with the cabinetry manufacturing industry.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
- Operation and use of necessary tools, machinery, or equipment.
- Extended periods of standing and other physically demanding conditions.
- Standard 40-hour work week; overtime may be required at times.
- Lifting or moving up to 25lbs may be required.
