Square Nine is a successful real estate development company with many on going and upcoming projects. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and experienced individual in the industry to take lead in driving projects forward. Currently looking for an experienced Site Super for a **Wood frame Site **.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage consultants/contractors and respond to technical inquiries during pre-construction.
- Ensure Square Nine's standards of safety and quality are adhered to
- Mentor and develop team members while effectively managing the overall team.
- Prepare, develop, and report on the project scopes, risk, schedules
- Project reporting (via meeting minutes, project status reports/memos, etc.), and field reviews
- Active leadership role in business development and proposal preparation
- Work collaboratively with project team members.
- Represent Square Nine in a professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the project team successfully and collaboratively.
- Job site visits to review existing conditions.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with project team, consultants/architect/engineers, subcontractors, and governmental agencies.
- Review all project documents, for completeness and accuracy.
- .Site Safety
- Develop pre-construction schedule and monitor progress.

Develop construction schedule with input from field.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma in Construction management
- Self-driven
- High standard of personal accountability, integrity and ethics
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver's license

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5-year experience in construction project management.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- construction: 1 year (preferred)
