**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to building codes and project plans.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and any issues that arise during construction.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in residential and commercial construction is required.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with project management software is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

- Renovation and construction : 2 years (required)
