Calgreen Living Inc. is a one-stop residential design-build company. We are now hiring one Residential Construction Supervisor (NOC 72013) to join our team.

**Job Description**:

- Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

- Work Location: #202, 2003 14 ST NW, Calgary, AB, T2M 3N4
- Weekly Hours: 30
- Compensation: $38 per hour

Benefit:

- 10 days paid vacation per annum

Job Requirements:

- Completion of secondary school is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field are required.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the work of carpenters engaged in constructing, renovating, and maintaining wood and other building material structures, as well as installing interior finishes in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Oversee cabinetmakers who build and repair custom wooden cabinets, furniture, fixtures, and related products.
- Develop and implement work procedures to meet project deadlines and ensure coordination with other departments.
- Manage the requisition and procurement of materials and supplies as needed.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, recommending measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Provide on-the-job training or arrange external training programs to develop workers' skills.
- Advise on personnel decisions, including hiring, promotions, and other employment-related actions.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations to maintain compliance with established standards.
- Prepare and maintain work schedules, progress reports, and other required documentation.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the work of apprentices, helpers, and laborers in related roles.

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
