**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, revisions, and correspondence related to projects.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in construction estimating is highly desirable.
- Strong skills to effectively communicate with customers.
- Solid understanding of project management principles as they relate to estimating processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in reviewing plans and specifications.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction practices, materials, and industry standards is essential.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $55,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
