We are a telecommunications services company committed to providing reliable connectivity and outstanding customer support. Our team works with clients across Canada, offering network solutions, technical assistance, and personalized service. We are currently looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our office team and support daily operations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet clients, visitors, and partners in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide basic information about company services and direct clients to the right department
- Maintain appointment schedules and assist with meeting room coordination
- Prepare and organize documents, forms, and customer files
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues
- Good organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an asset, but not required
