The Risk Management Advisor plays a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that impact organizational success. This role involves conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring continuous risk monitoring. The advisor works closely with teams and leadership to enhance risk awareness and implement best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Create and manage risk management plans.
- Assess troubled projects and recommend corrective actions.
- Prioritize and assign risks based on impact and urgency.
- Oversee risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Train and mentor teams on effective risk mitigation techniques.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ** Risk Management**: 7+ years of experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
- ** Risk Advisory Experience**: Proven expertise in risk advisory roles.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Finance Risk & Compliance
- GIPS Compliance
- Retail Banking & Corporate Finance
- Enterprise Financial Risk
- Regulatory Management & Compliance

**Certifications & Tools (preferred)**:

- CRMP, FRM, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with risk management platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
