Come join RenoRun As an **Outbound Warehouse Supervisor**, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the execution of tasks by the picking team, have oversight on the team's overall performance and the responsibility of making necessary adjustments to meet daily/weekly objectives. You will have a responsible role in managing the warehouse's safety and cleanliness. You should be able to make autonomous decisions, in order to quickly alleviate blockers faced by your team. You must be able to resolve immediate issues amongst your reports and with your peers. **Positions Available**:2 **Schedule Option 1**:Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm **Schedule Option 2**:Sunday 9am-5pm & Monday-Thursday, 1pm-9pm **Location**:211 rue de Louvain Ouest Montreal Quebec H2N 2E9 **Compensation**:starting at $22/hr **What you'll do**: - Coordinate with internal dispatching teams to prioritize work - Assist team in picking material at warehouse, assemble orders and oversee accuracy - Operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets and material - Coordinate with other leadership roles at the warehouse to build and prioritize secondary tasks for the picking team to execute - Make sure that the warehouse is kept clean, safe and tidy - Keep track of performance issues and build action plans to remedy negative performance metrics - Help in the implementation of process improvements. - Act as a champion to the picking team, in order to make sure their issues are heard and addressed in a timely manner **What you'll bring**: - A proven track record for leading teams and fostering good team unity - A strong sense of organization and time management - The ability to communicate effectively - Good problem solving abilities **What we offer**: - Comprehensive health, dental, & vision insurance - Stock options - RRSP matching - $60 work boot reimbursement - Incredible work environment & culture **At RenoRun, we strive to build a workforce composed of individuals with diverse identities, backgrounds, abilities, and minds that will help us to grow, not only as a company, but also as individuals.
