**Want to know more about the role?**

In Vancouver or Toronto, this casual / on-call role will take responsibility for inspiring, educating, and building brand trust by showcasing and promoting Organika products, at various events such as trade shows, influencer events, and B2C events.

Let’s get into the detail. This role will:

- Product knowledge: you have a thorough understanding of the product or service that is being promoted, demoed, and sampled. You are competent in explaining the product features, benefits, and advantages to potential customers.
- Communication skills: you are an excellent communicator, with the ability to engage with customers, answer questions, and deliver education about Organika and the health and wellness category.
- Sales skills: have the ability to sell the product or service, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
- Professionalism: professional in appearance and behavior, representing the brand in a positive light.
- Event coordination: experience with event coordination, including setting up and taking down equipment, managing crowds, and following event protocols.
- Data collection: as the event representative you may be responsible for collecting customer data, such as contact information and feedback, for marketing purposes.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is important in building positive relationships with event attendees. This involves being attentive, approachable, and responsive to their needs, questions, and feedback.
- Problem-Solving: Events can be dynamic and unexpected issues may arise. The ability to think quickly on your feet, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions is important to ensure smooth event execution and customer satisfaction.
- Organization and Time Management: Events involve coordinating multiple tasks and managing time effectively. Strong organizational skills help in planning, setting up, and executing events efficiently, while also being able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability are key in the event industry. Being able to adjust to changing circumstances, handle last-minute changes, and work well under pressure is crucial for success.

- 2+ years of educational experience working in the health and wellness industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
