Your Responsibilities:

- **Develop leads** and schedule appointments to identify customer needs
- **Market and sell** appropriate home, auto, and life insurance products and services
- **Establish trust** through personalized contact and offer expert advice to clients
- **Leverage social media and marketing techniques** to reach new customers and increase visibility
- **Collaborate with the agent** to meet marketing and sales goals
- **Educate clients** on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach

Who We're Looking For:

- **2+ Years of Experience** in sales, customer service, marketing, or insurance
- **Experience with Social Media Marketing and Technology** - you should be comfortable leveraging social platforms and digital tools to drive sales and build relationships
- **A Successful Track Record** of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- **Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills** - ability to engage with and build rapport with clients
- **Self-Motivated and Results-Driven** - you’re passionate about success and thrive in a sales environment
- **Organized and Detail-Oriented** with problem-solving skills
- **Ability to work well as a team**, while also taking initiative
- **Knowledge of Insurance Products** and the ability to educate clients on their options
- **College Diploma/University Degree** in a related field
- **Previous Insurance Experience** in underwriting, claims, or service is an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
