**Description**:

- Process customer orders, input orders, shipping information and payment information into the ERP system.
- Manage and maintain customer files ensuring to update files as required.
- Remain informed and knowledgable regarding all company products and educate customers as required.
- Maintain an open line of communication with all of the involved and relevant internal departments.
- Responsible for administrative duties as required by the company.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with Customer Service and Order Management
- ERP system experience (Oracle experience preferred)
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written
- Minimum High School education

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
