Dyna Contracting Management Ltd. has over 30 years of collective experience in providing fast, friendly, and fairly priced earthwork services to customers across the Lower Mainland. Dyna is a one stop shop for all aspects of site preparation, from site clearing, excavation and drainage up to the start of framing. We provide services to single-family homes, large multi-family and commercial construction sites.

As a qualified Heavy and Midi Equipment Operator, you ideally bring two years of experience and have the following skills:

- You can grade like a pro and are able to make calculations and adjustments as needed.
- You have a demonstrated ability to safely work with and operate heavy equipment, including conducting pre-operational checks, cleaning and maintaining equipment, etc.
- You can identify site hazards, work in, and implement safe work practises, and contribute to a safe work environment.
- You can read and understand cut sheets and can plan ahead to the next step of work.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You have a “can do” attitude.

This is not a sit in the machine all day job -you enjoy working with crews and will do what it takes to get the job done
