**Your day-to-day will look like**:

- Adhere to Hall’s safety program & guidelines
- Daily pre-inspection of equipment
- Loading trucks within industry guidelines
- Working from elevated platforms
- Safe organization of onsite material placement
- Trenching for onsite water management

**You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills**:

- Qualifications & Technical Skills_:

- Ideally 5 years experience
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong understanding of elevation and grades
- Trimming experience
- Experience in detail footing and mechanical excavation
- Ripping experience in sandstone an asset
- 300 Series CAT and larger operating experience
- Comfortable operating in a highly congested area
- Experience working around utilities
- Interpersonal Skills:_
- Great attitude towards safety
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Problem solver - confident in decision making
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
