In this role, you will play a crucial part in safely and efficiently removing snow and ice from commercial jobsites, walkways, and traffic areas. Your work will ensure the safety and convenience of our customers throughout the winter season.

If you're seeking a rewarding on-call seasonal job that offers a strong sense of accomplishment and teamwork, we’d love to have you on board

**Shifts & Availability**
- Early Morning / Day / Early Evening / Night / On-Call
- Shifts vary based on weather and may include early mornings, nights, or late evenings
- Hours depend directly on the timing and frequency of snowfalls
- Must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be flexible with shift changes and available on short notice

**What You Will Bring**
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work early mornings and/or late evenings
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with changing schedules
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks in cold conditions
- Ability to follow safe work procedures
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision or as part of a team
- Previous snow removal experience is an asset, but not required

**Work Conditions**
- Work at various locations
- Extremely flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly
- Fast-paced environment
- Work safely near heavy equipment and other vehicles
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, rain, dust, noise, and wet environments
