We are a market leader in oil and gas processing specializing in facilities design, implementation and operational assistance for natural gas, conventional oil, heavy oil, carbon capture and new energy projects. **Summary**:
The SmartPlant 3D Administrator is responsible for the support, development, customization, and administration of the SmartPlant 3D software in the Drafting and Design Department. **This position is available on a part-time or as-needed basis.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and support S3D modeling activities at all stages.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues related to S3D.
- Upload and maintain specification files in S3D.
- Support deliverable development such as 2D drawings and material reports.
- Regularly update and publish model review files for stakeholder use.
- Develop and implement S3D design standards and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and ensure proper operation of S3D software.
- Prepare client deliverables for handover and project closeout.
- Stay proficient with the latest S3D software updates and features.

**Key Skills & Abilities**:

- Configure the isometric module to meet project and client requirements.
- Communicate task status and improvement opportunities to the design team.
- Provide guidance during client collaboration to ensure adherence to standards and resolve administrative support needs.
- Conduct training sessions to educate staff on effective utilization of S3D software.
- Lead the development of standards, procedures, and work instructions to optimize S3D workflows.
- Oversee the strategy for global workshare, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Design background in Piping, Civil/Structural and Electrical.
- 10+ years’ of EPCM experience and relevant SmartPlant 3D Design and Administration.
