Your contribution at AIG As a Contributor, you are responsible for underwriting and assessing risk for AIG's Management Liability portfolio within Financial Lines, which includes Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Fidelity insurance coverages. **Responsibilities**: - Manage and service an existing renewal book of management liability insurance in addition to producing and underwriting new accounts from brokers - Pricing analysis using data analytics and modeling tools - Presentations and marketing to brokers and insured’s - Achieve assigned budget targets - Maintain profitability - Drive change management by institutionalizing underwriting, service and process improvements - Ensure files are well documented and comply with company and department standards - Developing and maintaining broker and client relationships - Presentations and marketing to brokers and insureds What we are looking for - At least 1 year of Management Liability underwriting experience preferred. - Post-Secondary Education OR equivalent industry education and experience - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently to meet deadlines following company guidelines as well as in a team-oriented approach to accomplish goals - Strong analysis and decision-making skills Careers at AIG are as diverse as its people.
