**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department.
- Gather detailed information regarding vehicle issues and service requests.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency in pricing.
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the service process, updating them on the status of their vehicles.
- Proficient with preventative maintenance schedules.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately, including payments and invoicing.
- Collaborate closely with mechanics to relay customer concerns and ensure timely completion of services.
- Must be proficient in computers and technology.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an automotive setting.
- Strong cash handling skills with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage customers effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
