**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be need exceptional customer service and provide The customer a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for sales will contribute to the overall success of our retail environment.

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and transactions.
- Communicate effectively with diverse customers, leveraging multilingual skills if applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with customers from various backgrounds.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate pricing information.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
