**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of service.
- Stay informed about promotions, sales events, and new product launches.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating totals.
- Proficiency with technology sales, including familiarity with electronic devices.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

- Monday to Friday
