We are looking for exceptional Customer Service Associate who will be responsible for assisting with scheduling client care and customer service.

- Role requirements:
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Use scheduling software effectively to preform daily tasks (cancellation, moving, and adding of visits, to staff members and clients)
- Maintain availability by phone for patients, care providers, referral sources and other stakeholders
- Enter all critical and relevant information into the system for appropriate follow-up and documentation
- Flexibility is incredibly important as the needs of our clients change and we need you to relay critical information to our field staff in real time.
- Escalate appropriate concerns or risks for review and/or follow-up.
- Must be available to work: days, evenings, and weekends as required

Job Qualification
- Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma
- Strong customer service experience preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Be a detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused team player
- Combine strong interpersonal skills with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Be self-directed, goal-oriented, and able to manage time and priorities
