**Job Summary**:
- The Customer Care Associates reports to the Team lead/Supervisor. The Customer Care Associate provides guidance for customers entering the parking facility and provide customer assistance as needed._
**Location**:Royal Victoria Hospital - Barrie
**Compensation**:$16.00
**Job Responsibilities / Duties**:
- _Reports to the Team lead and Supervisor to support parking operations_
- _Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs_
- _Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries_
- _Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner_
- _Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed_
- _Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times_
- _Responds immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment, and places E-service as needed_
- _Observe security monitors to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to management_
- _Balance cash records at end of shift and manage parking records during shift_
- _Troubleshooting parking equipment issues at the site level_
- _I-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payroll_
- _Complete additional duties assigned by manager._
**Qualifications**:
- _High School Graduate or higher education_
- _Basic Computer skills - Windows, MS Office_
- _Customer service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity, is an asset._
- _Excellent customer service skills_
- _Extremely professional with excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills (written and oral)_
- _Positive attitude and empathy for clients_
- _Solid problem solving and decision-making skills_
- _Strong team player with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers_
- _Bilingual is an asset_
