The **Front of House Supervisor** is responsible for supporting the General Manager in many of the daily duties of our operations, and provides professional leadership and direction to all team members.

Prior Restaurant and Management experience is greatly preferred.

Duties of a Front of House Supervisor include:
**Employee Relations**
- Assist in scheduling and conducting regular employee performance reviews
- Organize, support and inspire staff
- Respond to staff needs professionally and respectfully
- Develop and build team relationships

**Administrative Duties**
- Develop all schedules and provide to GM for approval
- Provide appropriate and timely information to staff regarding promotional products and events
- Must be available to work holidays, weekends and evenings and to be on call and willing to answer your phone at all hours when problems arise

**Guest Services**
- Regularly monitor quality assurance as it relates to food, services and facilities
- Develop a professional, friendly relationship with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Diffuse situations with unhappy customers
- Maintain a clean and efficient appearance in lounge and restaurant

**Business Development**
- Establish annual goals for your role
- Maintain awareness of current trends, with an eye to being a leader in hospitality services
- Actively develops a business network by participating in industry associations

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
