The Thirsty Lion Tavern is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will maintain a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets. If you have a background in law enforcement or security, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment.
- Perform ID checks on customers at the bar entrance and help enforce safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Understanding of loss prevention techniques to identify and prevent theft or fraudulent activities.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in similar or related roles is considered an asset
- Must be able to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Must be able to work late nights till closing
- Preference will be given to those with reliable transportation since we operate till late hours.

As security, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to handle various situations will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
