With Surelock Homes, you will enjoy a wide variety of skill development, from customer service to technical skills. Our security solutions suite includes systems such as: card access, security cameras, intercoms, handicapped door operators, keyless entry, all-door hardware, and doors. As a Client Service Technician, you will gain confidence in the installation of our systems through ongoing training and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding client service leading to repeat business
- Identify security needs for clients, generating sales
- Communicate knowledge to clients, allowing them to make informed decisions
- Identify solutions to complex problems through collaboration, communication and creative thinking
- Install and improve security solutions allowing clients to enjoy peace-of-mind
- Ability to maintain client files with accurate recordkeeping
- Maintain an employee vehicle, ensuring reliability and cleanliness
- Maintain a professional appearance adhering to dress code
- Build a network of connections in the community

Preferred Experience

- Kantech access control, DSC, IP & Port Forwarding
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in: electrical, technology, trades, construction

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Alarm Technician: 3 years (preferred)
