**The Opportunity**

McCarthy Uniforms is hiring a permanent, full-time Call Centre Representative at our Call Centre, located at**:60-170 Brockport Drive, Etobicoke

**Job Summary**

As a Call Centre Representative, you will support our customers and act as the voice of our company Call Centre Reps are responsible for providing excellent customer service at our inbound call centre, responding to a variety of customer inquiries professionally and effectively.

**What will you bring to our Team?**
- A passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- 1 + years(s) of previous retail or call centre experience is an asset but not required
- **Ability to work full-time hours - Monday (9am to 5pm) Tuesday to Saturday (10am to 6pm)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customer queries an inbound call centre environment
- Timely and accurate processing of customer orders, refunds and exchanges
- Prioritizing calls while working on other Call Centre related tasks, as assigned

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
