The Ottawa Skin Clinic is a medically supervised skin care and cosmetic clinic. We are always looking for talented, caring individuals with a passion for skin care to join our team and help provide a comfortable experience for all our clients.

From administering treatments to educating clients on how to effectively care for their skin, every day presents an exciting new challenge. We are looking for someone with a friendly personality to provide a high level of customer service.

Availability - Monday to Friday until 7pm

**Responsabilities**:

- Offer exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service to our clients
- Responsible for geeting and receiving patients for the phycian, nurses and technicians
- Responsible for booking appointments and consultations
- Responsible for scheduling patients, answering the phones, keeping files and charts organised
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Medical office administration
- Fluently Bilingual in French and English (written, read and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service position

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
