TRIO is looking for a Clinical Outsourcing Specialist to join our Clinical Outsourcing Unit team in order to provide administrative support to TRIO's Outsourcing Unit. Reporting to the Clinical Outsourcing Global Coordinator (GC), the Clinical Outsourcing Specialist will be assigned to international trials and will be working closely with Clinical Outsourcing Managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Approve monthly vendor invoices (i.e. preparation of the vendors monthly pre-invoices until their final approval). This includes the review and checks on tasks invoiced and liaising with the other TRIO departments when required.
- Ongoing maintenance of vendors files, trial related files and corresponding trackers.
- Be the key contact for vendors and ensure that all non-trial vendor documents are up to date and accurate.
- Track and file all information related to the vendors and the countries where they operate (non-trial and trial specific documents).
- Assist with the design and maintenance of Clinical Outsourcing SOPs/Procedures, activity trackers and tools (budget templates, budget review tools, etc.)
- Support other TRIO departments and the Global Coordinator to assist in identifying, selecting and engaging various vendors in different countries.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-year as clinical trial assistant.
- Experience in an international clinical trial environment would be a must.
- Post secondary certificate, or diploma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail to effectively review invoices and documents.
- Ability to work independently and work with teams across various time zones.
- Ability to take initiative, be flexible, and exercise good judgment.
- Good command in MS Excel
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office specifically, Word, and Outlook.
- Fluency in English is required; other languages (e.g. Spanish) would be considered an asset
