**You Will**:
- Conduct regular competitive analysis, highlighting relevant trends, consumer insights and opportunities across assigned categories
- In collaboration with the PM team managing the product portfolio and lifecycle of selected product lines including introducing new products, managing overstock, obsolete products
- Project-manage new product development, packaging updates and initiatives end-to-end (from idea to launch) following the established NPI project management process. Prioritize and manage multiple projects with a high level of details
- Utilize project management tools to ensure deadlines, launches and budgets are always met and on time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to execute appropriate actions in a timely fashion
- Manage the financial health of the categories and their individual products, including desired pricing and contribution margins
- Validate sales forecasts
- Perform other duties as assigned
**You Have**:
- A University Degree in Business and/or Marketing
- 1 to 3 years marketing (or marketing/sales combination) experience in the CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry
- You’re building your product marketing career and you consider yourself a critical thinker
- You love data and know how to use it to identify trends then able to turn it into actionable business decisions
- Accountable, committed and a natural problem-solver
- Agility in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Results-driven, collaborative and curious with the ability to work independently
