**VP, Enterprise Risk Management** Citi’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function is responsible to align and oversee risk management across the organization and own execution of enterprise program. ERM operating model ensures consistent identification, measurement, monitoring, control and reporting of risk across individual risk categories and in aggregate. Cross-ERM Initiatives team with Enterprise Risk Management function is responsible to own day today responsibilities for ERM wide initiatives such as ERM Operating Model and Risk Taxonomy. The VP Enterprise Risk Management will assist in stakeholder engagement across first and second line for ongoing maintenance and updates to Citi’s Risk Taxonomy. **Responsibilities**: - Assist in overall development and maintenance of Risk Taxonomy - Support ongoing engagement and communication related to Risk Taxonomy including it’s linkages to risk management life cycle - Review due diligence and impact assessment associated with Risk Taxonomy changes - Coordinate governance forums including meeting material and follow ups - Develop and maintain templates and procedures - Monitor progress and resolve challenges associated with implementation of Risk Taxonomy - Gain understanding of Citi’s regulatory commitments, industry practices and internal risk management frameworks to ensure that ERM approach is aligned appropriately - Develop presentations for senior management - Deliver specific ad-hoc analysis and tactical support in preparation for business and management meetings. - Provide support for broader oversight of ERM Operating Model with project planning and management and act as additional resource where required. **Qualifications**: - 6+ years of experience in financial services - Project planning and management experience - Prior consulting experience - Understanding banking and risk management - Demonstrated ability to synthesize information and drive results with a sense of urgency - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills - Problem solving skills, sound business judgment, and demonstrated result orientation. - Collaborative work style; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies. - Displays a leadership presence; commands respect and will earn trust of senior leaders. - Good understanding of banking products and risk environment **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree in Finance, Economics or another quantitative discipline - **Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Strategy & Development - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
