**Position Overview**:
Are you a visionary in learning and development? We’re looking for a **Learning and Organizational Development Specialist** to join our team and lead the charge in advancing our leadership and development goals. You'll design and deliver innovative training programs, leverage LMS technology, and drive strategic initiatives. If you thrive on crafting effective learning solutions, excel in communication, and excel at managing multiple priorities in a vibrant non-profit environment, we’d love to have you on board
**Qualifications**:
This role requires the incumbent to undergo a Police Information Check (PIC), and a Vulnerable Sector Check by the Ministry of Justice.
