**About the Job**

**As Employee Engagement Manager, You Will**
- Plan, organize, coordinate and facilitate employee engagement events, office and community events and activities
- Be a communication hub and brand ambassador to all Kennedy employees, keeping an overall pulse on the campus morale, through regular focus groups, coordinating various town hall and community sessions
- Coordinate and develop action plans based upon engagement survey results
- Partner and participate in onboarding of new hires for the office alongside other cross-functional partners
- Provide support to People & Organizational Management department leaders as required
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with key internal and external groups

**Requirements**:
**As Employee Engagement Manager, You Have**
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- 2 to 4 years of business related leadership experience
- Experience designing events and engagement strategy for an online environment an asset
- Experience creating gamification-based engagement programs an asset
- Experience planning and executing events of various sizes
- Positive, approachable and an excellent collaborator
- Comfortable working with employees at all levels in the company
- Strong time management, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with an attention to detail
- Ability to handle situations and data with confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Strong technical skills
