**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and payments accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service standards by checking identification for age verification.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or bartending is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Proficient in time management to efficiently handle busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
