Capital Markets Advisors (CMA) is a boutique staffing and consultancy firm. Our client, a leading Canadian wealth management firm, is seeking an administrative assistant to provide comprehensive support, to their Toronto-based practice.

**Responsibilities**:
You possess a blend of digital literacy, organizational prowess, and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively manage administrative tasks and enhance office efficiency.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Strong digital literacy and research skills to assess information reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expertise in data management and entry.
- Excellent written communication skills to convey information.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Professional demeanor with good office and phone etiquette
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Proactive mindset focused on process optimization and improvement
- Effective both independently and in a team setting.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Experience in event/meeting planning and coordination
- Understanding of the investment brokerage industry and securities regulations.
- Canadian securities licence
- Experience with Conquest and Snap Projections software
- Good knowledge of Morningstar Advisor Workstation

**Compensation**:

- Varies between $45,000 (unlicensed assistant) to $60,000 (licensed assistant)
- There's a bonus based on performance each year.
- Benefits: Medical and Dental

**Company Provides**:

- It is a hybrid position, 2 to three days a week remotely from home
