**Job Description - Fence Installer**
**McFaul Fencing**

**Position Summary**
The Employee is hired as a Fence Installer with McFaul Fencing. The Employee is responsible for performing fence installations and related duties as directed by the Foreman, while maintaining McFaul Fencing’s standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
The Employee’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Install fences on industrial, commercial, residential, and farm properties.
- Remove and dispose of old fencing, structures, and debris.
- Prepare job sites for new installations, including excavation and layout.
- Mix, prepare, and pour concrete into post holes.
- Construct chain link, wood, metal, and farm-style fences to required specifications.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of shop, yard, vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for fence construction.
- Conduct safety inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment prior to use.

The Employee agrees to meet the following conditions of employment:

- Perform work safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and work safely around heavy equipment.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing McFaul Fencing.
- Be punctual, reliable, and take pride in quality workmanship.
- Work effectively as part of a team and support co-workers as needed.
- Be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday), with overtime as required.
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Hold and maintain a valid G Class (or higher) Driver’s License.
- Provide a clean criminal record upon request.

**Additional Terms**
The Employee acknowledges that the above duties and responsibilities may be amended or expanded by the Employer as reasonably required by the business.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
