**Why This Role?**
**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
As Document Centre Clerk, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Performing all functions required for the completion and delivery of all Document Centre requests, including printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, and inserting tabs;
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all prepared documents;
- Providing exceptional service to our internal and external clients;
- Daily processing of incoming and outcoming mail, including deliver and pick-up within office;
- Assisting with retrieval/filing of closed file materials;
- Providing coverage for Reception duties including set up of in-house firm meetings, client meetings/discoveries, and related catering requests; and,
- Providing coverage for Switchboard duties including answering a multi-line switchboard and directing callers accordingly in a professional manner.
**Qualifications and Skills**
To be successful in this role, you possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience in an office environment, supporting administrative functions;
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven organizational skills;
- Proven ability to manage time and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline driven work environment;
- Excellent client service skills;
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport heavy documents and mail for delivery around the office;
- Positive team player contributing to a collaborative environment;
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow instructions with mínimal supervision; and,
- Adept at using technology such as the full Microsoft Office suite and Adobe, and a talent for learning new computer programs quickly.
