**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a full-time Inside Sales Representative at SANTEVIA you will be responsible for selling our innovative products to retailers. You are a passionate individual with a strong sales and technical background who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric, entrepreneurial environment. You are highly motivated, results-oriented and have a proven track record of exceeding targets.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for sales performance including Prospecting, Lead Qualification, Customer and Partner development, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and representing SANTEVIA WATER SYSTEMS with the highest degree of advocacy and professionalism.
- Research and develop prospects for new business opportunities with your own high volume of prospecting activity.
- Establish active communication and engage with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
- Collaborate with the SANTEVIA team to drive personal and company success in areas including Marketing, Technical Solutions, On-Boarding, and Customer Success.
- Use our CRM to track all sales cycle activity, map progression, and measure pipeline metrics so as to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics.
- Adhere to our standards of system use, sales cycle management, and sales certification including identifying and reporting improvements to drive performance across the Team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Representative or equivalent role.
- Experience in selling in the natural health industry is an asset.
- Experience with using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Hubspot.

**Reports to**:Director of Sales and Marketing

**Status**: Full-time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
