Rental Coordinator

Brandt Truck Rigging & Trailers is currently seeking a Rental Coordinator for our Nisku location. This position is responsible for the invoicing and administration of equipment rentals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with internal & external customers.
- Process & complete rental agreements.
- Ensure proper documentation is received before units leave the yard.
- Invoicing weekly rentals.
- Collecting payment for rentals.
- Coordinate with the Service Department for service and repairs.
- Register and discharge liens on equipment through APPRES.
- Notify yard personnel when equipment is departing.
- Obtain registration and licensing for equipment.
- Maintain Deferred rental spread sheet.
- Work with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments.
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous accounting experience is considered an asset.
- Educational Requirements
- High School Graduate
- Post-Secondary Education considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually with mínimal supervision.
- Goal orientated and driven to exceed targets.
- Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technology and programs.
